The news broke yesterday that Scotland will begin to phase out lockdown restrictions for non-essential retail by the end of April.

Fingers crossed that this happens!

What does this mean for you, our customers?

This means that you will be able to come back into our stores to freely look at our products and speak to staff without requiring an appointment to be pre-booked first. Our booking system will stay online for the forseeable future until our business plan has been reviewed.

This however does not mean that social distancing and other measures do not apply. We will still be enforcing customers to wear masks, distance from other customers and staff and to use sanitizer where possible. Some services may still have restrictions such as helping set up a new phone or transferring your data, but hopefully they will be able to return safely by mid-year.

We would like to reiterate that our staff should be treated with respect and that the measures put in please are done by Head Office and the Scottish Government. They have put them in place as it keeps everyone safe, not just to cause an inconvenience.

Thank you to all of our amazing customers who have continued to support us throughout this situation.

Heres hoping that we might be able to have a launch celebration for all the progress we made last year!
