With the risk of Click and Collect being closed as well as normal business operations, we are now enforcing the following in our stores:
- All customers must have a click’n’collect order number or must have made an online appointment booking before coming into to the store. You can also call us for an appointment to be made.
- Customers do not have access to the full store and will be served at the entrance of the store.
- All customers MUST wear a face covering of some description. If you do not have one you will be offered one. If you cannot wear a mask for medical reasons, please consider either a face visor or finding a friend or relative who is able to come to the store for you.
- 1 customer will be allowed access to the store at a time, at the moment we’re afraid we can’t allow more than this.
These rules have been put in place by management to protect you, our staff and the business itself. They are non-negotiable. We’re sure you understand.
If you have an iPhone 5s or iPhone 6, be sure to update to iOS 12.5.1 to enable exposure notifications using the Protect.Scot app as well as fix other security issues on these older devices.
These restrictions were also imposed on the 21st of December in our Blog post here but we feel that now is the time to fully enforce them as too many customers were flouting the rules designed to protect them.
This isn’t the news we wanted to bring as we start 2021, sometimes things have to get worse before they get better.
